Schools of Ministries train the district’s pastors and their wives for effective ministry.
Building the capacity of the workforce has been a mark of Rev. Dr. D. D. S. Ibulubo’s time as District Superintendent. Between 2011 and 2017 he held seventeen capacity building conferences: Schools of Ministries for pastors and their wives, and leadership conferences for pastors, their wives, deacons, deaconesses and departmental heads.
Training ministers is part of the district’s story. The Rivers Bible College, founded under Rev. J. J. G. Nedom and now the Pentecostal Theological Seminary at Aleto Eleme, has trained many servants of God for this district and beyond.
