What We Believe

1. We believe the Bible to be the only inspired and only authoritative Word of God.
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons – God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the Deity of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in His Virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right Hand of the Father, and in His personal future to the earth in power and glory to rule for a thousand years.
4. We believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church at Christ’s Second coming.
5. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ.
6. We believe that the regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
7. We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
8. We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:4 is given to a believer who asks for it.
9. We believe in the sanctification power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
10. We believe in the worker and their work (Ministry); in a divinely called and scripturally ordained ministry, has been provided by our Lord for the three-fold purpose of leading the church in: 1. Evangelisation of the world 2. Worship of God 3. Building a body of saints being perfected in the image of his son.
11. We believe in the resurrection to both, the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.
12. We believe in Water Baptism by immersion.
13. We believe in the Holy Communion.
14. We believe that the baptism of believers in the Holy Ghost is witnessed by the initial physical sign of speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterances.
15. There will be a final judgement.
16. We, according to His promise, look for new heaven and new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
