Seventeen capacity building conferences were held between 2011 and 2017.
As an advocate of human resource development, the District Superintendent, Rev. Dr. D. D. S. Ibulubo, has made training the workforce a priority. The conferences include Schools of Ministries for pastors and their wives, and leadership conferences for pastors, their wives, deacons, deaconesses and departmental heads.
